The theme’s code is yours to use under the terms of your purchase. The font, photography, video and libraries are third-party: check that each one covers the way you intend to use it, and replace anything that does not. LICENSE.md in the theme folder has the full terms.
Font
The theme bundles the font file. Urbanist ships in static/fonts/, subset to latin, and is served from your own domain, with no request to Google. It is released under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which allows its use on any site, commercial ones included.
Images and Video
The photographs and videos are stock placeholders that came with the original design, licensed to whoever made it; the design credits its images to Freepik. Replace them with your own or with files you have licensed yourself before you launch, and do not pass them on in anything you share or sell. Freepik's terms depend on the plan a file was obtained under, and some plans require attribution.
Libraries
Tailwind CSS and Lenis are MIT licensed, and Hugo, which builds the site and encodes the images at build time, is Apache-2.0. GSAP, which runs the animation, is under its own standard license, free for commercial use with every plugin included; check its current terms for your case.
